My practice

I joined the practice of law having decided to become a lawyer when I was only age 13.

Even at that age I felt a democracy can only suceed if its people have basic and fundamental rights and they can only secure those rights in a court of law.

I also believe in this motto and follow it;

My philosophy about my practice is simple. I have an ego that I am good at my profession and I know I can only prove that by my clients and fellow attorneys believing in my abilities.

My professional history is;

In 1977 I was admitted to the practice of law and went into the practice with Attorney Smith Williams,

In 1980 I was appointed City Solicitor of Methuen and served in that position for 25 years.

In 2005 I entered into the private practice of law.

The picture is of books. The reality is that almost all legal research is on-line now.
